Service & parts manuals are available through kencook.com, maxrules.com, theoutboardwizard.bizhosting.com, marineengine.com. They all ultimately come from Ken Cook. They're pricey but good.<br /><br />Alternatively, check your local library's reference section for books on old outboards. I think your 12hp is based on the old Evinrude Fastwin, so you may be able to use an Evinrude manual.
