would like to find an impellar for a model GG8822A, i think the year is 1964 but not sure and would like to know who made this wards motor

If they dont have it right here on iboats try NAPA auto parts. The number is 18-3001 fits 54-<br />64 E/J motors.Bring your old one to compare.<br /> Your motor shares many parts with similar E/J motors.

Thanks for the info.Mercury dearler said his lower unit gear lube would work also is this ok or should i look for a 90 wt.marine lube

Dan --<br /><br />looking up some other model numbers today, and yours indicates you have a 1960 5 hp model. That would be an OMC made by the Gale division. The impeller part number is 277181.
