Guys,

I couldn't find seafoam in this neck of the woods. I'll drive into town if need be, but thought I'd ask if just plain carb cleaner (berryman's to be precise) in place of would work? I pulled my plugs and I definitely have hard, black, carbon on them.

Thanks

Re: de-carb question

Try your local boat sales/repair place and see if they sell some sort of engine cleaning/decarb stuff under another name. If they sell a particular brand of engine they will probably have it under that brand.
Good Luck

You can also order Seafoam online, including right here at iboats.

Thanks guys. I'll check my local boat shop first, and, if not, I'll order some.

Re: de-carb question

You can buy Seafoam at any NAPA dealer. Great on 4 cycle engines, especially if you follow directions and run it in the crankcase oil. But be careful!

Poncho
