Evinrude Outboard weight

Would anyone be able to help me by telling me what the weight would be of my outboard? Its a 1992 120HP VRO with 25 inch transom height (I think)<br /><br />I'm thinking of upgrading to a greater horsepower motor but am concerned that the weight increase could hurt the boats performance.<br /><br />Thanks

370 lbs..Give or take a pound or two.

can your boat handle more hp. check the sticker in boat for hp rating. If it can handle more hp, a newer motor can be quite $$$$$. A lot of omc's could be up graded to a higher hp just by changing the carb, and or intake manifold, more imformation on yours could make yours a 140 hp
