I HAVE RECENTLY AQUIRED AN 82 JOHNSON 35HP SEAHORSE, BUT IT HAS A CRACKED MIDSECTION(EXHAUST HOUSING ASSEMBLY). DO ANYONE KNOW WHERE I MAY BE ABLE TO LOCATE THIS PART NEW/USED. I DO NOT SEEM TO BE HAVING MUCH LUCK FINDING IT.<br /><br />i WAS ABLE TO GET AN OMC PART # FROM A LOCAL DEALER, BUT WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE 2 MONTHS TO GET THE PART. lOKKING FOR A BETTER SOLUTION.<br /><br />THANKS,

A cracked mid-section is a vague discription. Depending on where the crack is and how bad. you may be able to have it welded. If this motor was wrecked you may have a lot more damage than just a crack. For parts like this look for Outboard recyclers.
