I built a 25"x25" access door to cover the storage area underneath my center console (it came with no door). My current door was treated plywood with several coats of wood sealer and exterior grade paint, but water found a way into the wood and it has started to swell in deterioriate in places. I need to make a replacement using something like starboard but prefer something cheaper - any suggestions?<br /><br />The only thing I can think of is cutting board material but I can't find a cutting board this size and my small town has no restaurant supply places.<br /><br />Thanks!
