OMC 350 5.7 - What should the WOT RPM range be?

1989 DOnzi 23 cuddy cabin with OMC 350 5.7.

what is the manufacturer's recommended WOT RPM range? does anyone know? not sure where to find this info, but would like to know.

mine was on the top cover of the motor. Although mine is all rubbed off, it looks like this:

4200 to 4600 with flat lifters
4400 to 4800 with roller lifters.

i have to ask... what is it and what's the difference?

if you're referring to the cams how can I tel what i have?
