Ok, I have a 16' trailer, with new harness, lights, and fresh grounds, my truck(01 Tundra) has a new taillight converter/harness, and fresh grounds, I get power at the rear of the truck at the harness, but none at the rear of the trailer. When I pulled a u-haul last year(8 or 10') the lights were very dim, I'm thinking the system needs a power module to boost the amperage up to 4 to push some voltage to the rear of the trailer, what do you all think?

Nope, Still have a wiring problem. A 16 footer should not need anything to boost power to the trailer lights.

Have you tested the voltage output at the vehicle connector?

Also try running a separate ground wire to the rear lights if you are using the trailer frame as the common ground.

My bet is a bad or several bad ground connections.
