yamaha multifunction gauges

B gentle to me im new to this
i have the above gauges (speed and tach) and want to know if i can obtain a manual to suit these.
I would like to know if i can change the speed readout from miles to klm per hr.
I have a f150 2006 4 stroke on a 2002wa 2003trophy Pro and i must say the US boats leave the Australian boats for dead.

any help will be great.

are thses the 6y5 style or is it command link?
a picture would help. yes both are settable to knots,MPH or KPH.

rodbolt, they are 6yr-woo35-e2-00 and 6y5-83570-s5-00 thanks for your quick response. i have no idea on how to set/ change them
