I want to replace my factory sound system to get some better sound. I don't think my factory speakers are that bad. Maybe I just need to replace the head unit and add two more speakers. thoughts?

It'll be night and day between what you have now and the upgrades. Definitely go with the Polk speakers. As an added bonus, they're regularly $100, so at $69 you're getting a great deal. The Kenwood deck should serve you well also. Wouldn't be my first choice in terms of brand, but it will certainly blow your current stereo away.

Re: replacing factory aquatronics speakers and radio

I went with the kenwood kmr-330 deck and polk db651 peakers. Have not installed the radio yet, but I like the new speakers. Im going to build some speaker boxes and put in another set of 6.5" speakers. I have included some pics of the boat so you can see I dont have many options. I plan to mount the new speakers between the bucket seats and bench seat about half way up. What do you think?
