Prop ?

I have a 1984 7.5 hp Mercury. The prop is 3 blade. It has two numbers on it - 7P A1 but don't know what they mean. Since this prop has no shear pin the blades are a little chewed up. I want to get a spare prop but I can't find anything for this Mercury. Can someone set me in the right direction? Thanks.

A prop shop may be able to repair it.
Otherwise watch ebay,craigs list.Try twin cities.
