Evinrude no Spark

I have a 1973 or so 50HP Twin Cylinder Lark I just brought home.First checked the compression and we have 160 in each hole.Problem is there is no Spark on either cylinder.Any suggestion what to check first in trouble shooting it would be appreciated...Thanks

Thanks for the links.I appreciate it..I may have found a clue though.I never seen this laying down below the old powerpack before I posted but this what appears to be a brand new powerpack was laying down in there..It is made of plastic and the old one is metal but it has the same general shape and amount of terminals and it has the nombers 2KB 9375 on it.Can anyone verify this is correct and if so I assume I just swap wires to the same terminals they are on right...Thanks

Well that was not it..Suspect the stator now I think...Going to pull the flywheel and see if theres maybe anything obvious like a broken wire maybe...
