Hi, i have a '93 20' bowrider with a 115 2-stroke yamaha. I've come across a very inexpensive mercury 115 4-stroke.. do you think i would lose any noticable performance going from 2-stroke to 4-stroke in this hp range? i've always wanted a 4-stroke but i dont want to lose any performance. what do you guys think?
thanks

If im correct the 4 strokes weigh a little more than the 2 strokes & i dont believe you'll have the same hole shot with a 4 stroke but for the most part you shouldnt notice that much of a difference. Thats from what ive read & heard other people talking about. Just my 2 cents.

I would be very concerned with why it was "very inexpensive"
