Cable on my motor snapped

pull start cable on my motor snapped right at the handle. What's the easiest way to fix/repair/replace this?

You need a replacement pull rope, and it must be rewound into the spool for the rewind.

What kind of motor is it?

If it were my motor, I'd get a service manual and go from there.
