The 1987 110hp is a crossflow.

If you can see two aluminum carburetors = crossflow.

If you cannot see 4 plastic carburetors because of a large black plastic carburetor faceplate = looper.

Thanks, I can see two carbs. Is there any modifications such as reeds available for this?

You could add composite reeds. They are a nice addition to any engine. When you have the intake off, you might consider additing some NLA intake filler blocks from an older model. 322684- 6pcs. They are worth 3-5 hp. You could also consider adding some older high compression 140 heads.

This is all great info. what tear frenzy of 140 heads? I would like to make some modifications to the old girl. I sure like the way it sounds and runs. Feels good to run the old rude.
