How do you install and where do you buy tach for my engine?

Your control unit may have a three conductor plug-in pigtail. If so, get a mating harness from a BRP dealer.

Tachs typically have three connections:
purple: switched 12vdc
grey: sensor or pulse feed
black: ground

I got my teleflex tach at basspro, and they also had a ready-made wiring harness for it. If you have the OEM control box, there's a 3-hole socket covered by a rubber boot just below the throttle tension knob.

If you can't find or don't want to buy the plug-in harness, you can always DIY using the wire colors described above.

The tach posts will be labeled "GND" ground, "SND" sender (pulse), "LT" gauge lighting, connect it to your helm lights, and I forget what the 12V power post is called....
