tilt steering column

I have a 1995 Chris Craft 21" concept BR. My Tilt column has worn out, but the helm unit is still good. I cannot fing the MFG of the column & helm unit. I pulled the column and the only markings it has on it are the numbers: # 6626.
I check the helm unit and can see where the MFG sticker once was, but has long ago fallen off.
I was wondering if anyone may have some advice for me to identify the PN# to order the tilt column.

Also you might go to Boat Restoration and Building section and search it, I bet there are a few others that have your problem

Does the underside where the shaft on the helm underneath your dash attaches to the tilt mechanism look like this?

Mounting holes are 3 3/4" apart. This a new Teleflex unit, P/N 91500.

the measurement from outside edge to outside edge of the bolt holes is 4-3/4". Here is mine from the steering shaft side. Note that the shaft has a slot that the cross-bolt rests in. The pen is just to hold the little coupler up where you can see it.

I spoke w/ Teleflex ( thanks for the link Lrider!), and was advised that the unit I have is a Morris, which is obsolete. I am going to try and find a new / gently used replacement column, as the cost of retro-fitting with a tilt column is way more than the budget allows.
I would appreciate any ideas on where to look outside the norm.. ( ebay, CL, etc.)

newbie correction: It is a morse unit,not morris.
