I have 73 Dilly Trailer, I'm having a hard time locating the proper seals for the hubs. Was wondering if anyone knows who's axle Dilly used or if it's their own. The axle has no ID or numbers on it.
Thank You.

Measure the I.D.(inside diameter), the O.D.(outside diameter) seal thickness, and go to Northern Tools or any industrial bearing/seal supplier and they will match it up for you. Take the old seal with you so they can check it for themselves. Should be no problem at all.

Re: New Bearing Seals

Any opinions on a product called "Spindo Seal" ?. I think Kit #9 will do it for me. I already have bearing buddies.
Thankyou for the replies

Looks like it's made for poor-sealing caused by corrosion-pitted axles. Probably will work fine but I'm not familiar with them. If your axles are clean and smooth then maybe just buy the correct seal and install it. You need to take all this apart and inspect it anyway. Good Luck!

Re: New Bearing Seals

I went and ordered a set of spindo seals. They are recommended with bearing buddies and the spindles are alittle pitted.
Thanks
