Whats my Chrysler 360 fuel consumption?

I have a 1976 chrysler 360, 5.9L in my 28' flybridge boat. What should I expect for fuel consumption with it? What do you think the gallons/hour, and miles per gallon would be at cruise speed? Also what do you think my top speed would be about in my boat? Thanks

Or, get a fuel flow gauge that will read exactly what you are burning at a particular moment.
