New gas, new spark plugs, new battery, cleaned carbs, compression test and all cylinders are between 120-125. Checked spark outside and was getting good spark to the block. Spark plugs are soaked with fuel but it just wont start. Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thank you

You can't and they need to be clean, did you remove the screws for the orifices and clean the crap out of them? Did you remove the welch plugs and clean behind. Did you buy kits to rebuild them?

I have cleaned them 3 times and removed everything but welch plugs but i was told i didnt have to. it almost seems like im getting too much gas. I have taken apart VRO pump and cleaned and everything is working from pump to carbs. It just seem like im getting too much gas.
