What manual do I need to download?

It is a 74 Sea Ray SRV190

Mercruiser 120HP 4 CYL

Drive is an (MR) with 120/140 written on it.

Drive Serial # is 3781502 (It is possible the 1 could be a 7)

It's not an MR, that serial number would put it in the 74 range and is probably the original.
Service manual #2 covers both the engine and the outdrive.

No, it's not an R drive, it's a 1 drive. What many call a "Pre Alpha" which is a little odd, since every drive before 1986 is a Pre Alpha.
