Mine's toast...best 'Guesstimate' prop?

Hey all, been here long enough to know this question is not 'ideal'.

I'm going to get a Solas Amita 21P:

Question is should I get a 14 3/10 OR 15 3/10? Can someone offer which would be better for my boat given only the information below.

1990 Glastron Sierra 175, Mercruiser 4.3 Alpha I, Gen I.

Suggestion for prop diameter?

I'm going to rephrase and ask again.....can anyone suggest which diameter 21P prop I should get? I don't have my prop so I can't check what it was. Since I don't have a prop I can't give the proper info. so yes, I have to purchase a bit blind.

I called iboats ,but the kid on the phone is there to take orders not give info.

This could be a ridiculously stupid question...I just don't know.

14 3/10 OR 15 3/10....any suggestion are gratefully welcomed.

OR offer some performance differences that would be typical of either and I will make my decision from that.

Ayuh,... What's the 3/10 thing all about,..?? inches are rarely meassured in 10ths...

Generally speaking, I'd think the 14" is what you need...
The added blade area of a 15" would be for Large Barges...

I hear you on the 3/10th thing...just the way Solas listed it on iboats so I repeated it.
