I have no idea what I was messing with. I was looking for anything that indicated fuel control. On the starboard side of the car is a dial about 2" in diameter. It had an arrow that said lean. I thought the motor was flooding so I loosened the three screws that hold it in (a little to much and the cover fell off. It had a coil spring that appears to play a roll in the choke. I didn't know how to put it back on so I just put it on and gave it a little turn, hit the ignition, and it popped right off. Does anyone know what that is and what I did. LOL I can't wait for my book to get here. And thanks to everyone who has been helping me out today. Oh, i'm working on a 64 Super Seahorse 4Hp.
