what kind of model bayliner?

I have a bayliner capri. I want to know exactly what kind of capri it is. because when i went to search for the bimini top for my boat they asked me for my boat and model . Is there anyway to check what kind of capri model it is on the boat?

Boat info:1985 bayliner capri, 4 cyl. engine with volvo penta sterndrive. Hope that helps?

I had the same issue with mine. Try e-mailing Bayliner or calling a Bayliner dealer with the hull number. They should be able to tell you whatever you need to know.

Its called a, CAPRI 1950 BR.

I think that boat comes with a tailored top that snaps onto the windshield
and makes it sort of semi-enclosed if you zip it up. That cover may not
be easy to find, but a standard bimini of the right width will work like this pic I found:

I had a pic of the tailored top, but lost it. If you search the ads, you might
find one. The standard bimini put on the boat in the attached pic will work
fine for most use, and will be easier to work with than the tailored top.
