capaicty plate missing

I looking to buy a 1982 18 foot starcraft and the capaicty plate is missing and I need to know what the max Horse power it can hold, & where can i get another replacement plate the vin# 4 H0422 0482AZ Thanks Bob

P.S the boat is 18'2" long buy 6'2" beam

Well i dont know about AZ
but some states you can go to the states DMV or Fish and game website and find a link to download a form : enter all the measurements it ask for and send along a check ( i believe it was 17.00 last ) and they will send you a new plate with all the info right on it.
Attach it to your Vessel in the proper location and your set.

Actually here in Pa it was only 5.00 i was way off on my price guess above..

125 or 150 from what I've seen. Since yours is newer, probably 150.

It's been posted before and there is a link at top Named Starcraft Boat specs(only shows when in the Starcarft Owners Group) Look up your year and model and then click it, it shows specs. Here is the link to get you started.
