Trying to register my evinrude EJRESE, need year please

I tried going to their website but it only seems to have their new motors. I'm guessing this one's from the 80's, do I need the exact year? Can the DEM fill it out themselves if no one here knows the answer? I searched before posting and only found two other threads, one which was also asking for the year and got no replies. I've tried google too and it's not being my friend. Please help.

Thanks but I didn't have any luck with any of the links in that thread. I'm just searching for EJRESE though, maybe there's something else I should look for?

That also assumes that the model number provided is correct, which it isn't.
It should be something like E70PLESA

"MOD No" doesn't mean model number? Where would the model number be located at then?

Definitely the late 80's/Early 90's paint scheme. Based on that and tx1961's info above.....it's prolly a 1990.

It IS a puzzle!
Drop the last letter of the model number. The second and third to last letters (ES in your case) map to the numbers "9" and "0" in the top secret code word INTRODUCES.
