can you move the winch post forward?

could also replace the bunk boards with longer ones

Yes it appears as is you have room to unbolt and move that whole winch assembly forward and then if needed you could cut down the stand off support for the bow. You are in good shape ;)

Ayuh,... It looks about Right, now,....
Your blowboat doesn't get the same set up as a powerboat....
i would have to do this without buying anything new as i dont have any trailer places nearby

I think your setup looks fine also. You do not have an engine hanging on the back of that boat. With that, I do not think I would change a thing...

i am moving it foward for another sailboat i am putting on. which is a foot longer.
