What to do before starting a boat after 1 year

I just purchased a used boat that hasn't been run for over a year. What is the first thing I should do before trying to turn it on? It's a 99 Force 120hp if that matters. Thanks.

Going through the fuel system is number one, new lube and plugs, then I'd try to start it.
