75HP 1977 Stinger Oil Leak out of a pinhole

Hi Folks:
Yesterday I replaced the lower unit gear oil on my 77 Johnson Stinger.
Today I notice a small amount of gear oil leaking out of a pinhole that is underneath the fill plug under the cavitation plate.

Do I have a problem? Picture attached.

That's a water drain hole. If the stuff is black, it's unburned OB oil (not gear oil) and completely normal.

But if you are sure it is gear oil then you have a seal leaking. It would be prudent to check your gear oil for signs of water ingress.
