My friends having problems with his 200 xri, for a long time it's had problems starting if you leave the motor all the way down while your fishing, it acts like it's flooded, but if you leave it up a little bit it's not as bad. Then the last time he drove it started slowing down, and speeding up like it was cutting out, then shut it down and fished for a while, and then tried to start it and wouldn't hardly start. It has alway's seemed sluggish out of the holw also want's to cut out a little bit, not every time but alot of the time.
