OK, the previous owner installed the rail base(s) around the cockpit and boaught the teak railing pieces - but never installed the wood. So I have the bases installed. How do i attach the teak railing? It's just a rectangular profile, so i figured I'd be screwing in a 90 deg. bracket that fit into the bases, right? Can't find such an item.

Here is a similar base bracket as is installed on my boat - from the iBoats store.

OK, I'm sure stupid! That's so simple .... must have been looking for a one-piece solution I guess.

Thanks. I wonder if the teak dowels would look better or the aluminum.... I haven't seen the teak dowels but i am sure they are easy enough to find.
