I am looking at a few boats in that size and some ahve 220, others have 240. Specifically I am looking at a regal 2300 lsr with a 240 hp 5.0 efi with a bravo 3 dual prob. Is this enough power?

With a Bravo 3, she will get a wakeboarder up fine. However . . . I would consider a 23 footer with a 240 as underpowered for fun. If you do not care about top speed, then she'll be fine. The Bravo 3 will take care of low speed acceleration very well. Personally I would want a minum of a 350 MAG 300 or a 6.2 320, but I am not happy with under 50 MPH for top speed. That combo sounds like 42 MPH to me.

I have an older 23 foot bowrider with a 210 HP engine. Four blade prop.

I weigh about 225 and when the boat pulls me up from the ski eye (no tower) I'm up on the board and getting ready to start cutting outside the wake before the board crosses the prop wash from the initial spin up of the prop. Granted the rope is at 65 feet, but still I'm up pretty quick. You should be good with 240 unless your boat is a lot heavier....Bravo 3 will help too.

I pull my kids with ease behind a 22 foot boat with a 250hp Bravo III and have a 55 mph top end. My boat isn't as heavy as some 22 footers though.

I have the 5.0 MPI (260 hp) with a Bravo III and it pulls me on deepwater double boot slalom starts (6ft 225lbs). I even had two portly friends, thier 4 year old, my wife, my 2 year old on it this weekend and was getting pulled up every time. But would consider the boat on the lower side of power/prop pitch for anything more than family recreational. If you can get the 350 mag/B III do it.

Wakeboarding doesn't take that much power.

you have MORE than enough power no problem. I have a 5.0MPI with a Bravo III on my 24' deck boat and was able to pull wakeboards no problem, with 8 adults and two kids onboard even.
