Here's some horrible pics of the bow docking lights and the new led nav light on the bow.

I take pics like Michael J Fox. You wouldn't want me shooting night ops surveillance for your military. Is that Bin Laden? F it...blow it up anyway. :)

The Perko Stealth Led is tiny. It can't be any more than 2 inches by 2 inches. It throws a pretty decent amount of light so I'm happy with it. Let's see if it last 100,000 hours

Just read it and it's 2 1/2 inches by 2 5/8 inches wide.

And I shoot equally poor video. At least I'm consistent...

You think I was hammered or something. Not the case as of yet...

I'll get some better daylight pics tomorrow that don't look like I'm having a seizure.

The lighting looks good. What is the weather like this time of year by you?

Today 75 for a high with risk of thundershowers this evening, tomorrow a high of 81 and sunny for the next couple of days.

We usually have a pretty decent summer with highs in the mid eighties to nineties except that is is short lived. Hopefully July and Aug stay like this.

Added the stainless steel bimini top eye straps that were there before.

I didn't use the screws that it came with but used the ss 10-24 3/4 inch machine bolts with lock nuts with poly inserts from home depot.

I also added the Attwood plug in pole light base with the same 10-24 3/4 ss machine bolts as well. Had to grind the opening in the alum rear deck as this thing is oblong due to a rear notch in the opening.

Hopefully the upholsterer will get back to me with a quote from the pics I sent him.

The Ezacdc stuff showed up today. I'll open the box tonight and take some pics. It will get screwed to the back of my ladder area under the bow so it stays dry and is easy to get at.

Picked up 2 sample books from the upholsterer today.

The seas were angry that day my friend :)

Here's some of the stuff that came in. This should knock a few hours off the rewire.

The first pics are of the fuse block that will go behind the dash/ladder area.

Here's the wires routed to bow and stern with all connectors, ties, etc.

Man that table needs to be sanded and redone too.

The work is starting to pile up isn't it. :)

My co-treasurer for the oldest's soccer team has a sandblasting company right next to his business.

Says he'll walk over with me and we'll sandblast that thing for next to nothing.

Just got a quote of 2800 for the interior so I think I'll try another place. :)

I'll see if I can find a retired upholsterer or head to Vegas :)

sprintst,
Looks like that plug and play will save you a few hours of wiring.
I had a friend that found a guy that sewed and bought the material for only 650 and then came back and said he would complete the job by wrapping the wood for another 150. That was a total of 800. Pretty good deal. I would keep looking.
Take care.

I got a second quote of 3685.

I'm hoping the third will go the right direction...

I got some of the quick connectors hooked up for the bow lights, docking lights, nav lights, etc. Also pop riveted the auto bilge switch onto the alum plate.

Off to Kelowna for a couple of days then I'll get back at it next week. I'll stop by to say Hi to Ward Oops if he's around.

My neighbor across the street does upolstery for decent prices, does a fine job too. Might be cheaper to drive it down here. :D
