I'm with Popeye on this.
As much as I may not want the Pens to win this, they are playing great hockey right now. Say what you will about the Wings not playing their game or the officiating (equally horrid both ways in my opinion) but a large part of the 2 away games for both teams has been the home team. To me it has shown just how crucial match ups can be.
With that being said, Detroit still has home ice, will it matter in the end? Game 5 should go along way in telling that story.
Not to mention, the winged wheelers still have a Hart candidate on the mend. Should he play in the next game things could be completely different. Then too, has 87 found his form and will he now go on a tear? Is Osgood coming back to earth with the pressure the Pens have put on him?
All the stories and drama still to played out on the ice. I suppose we all must sit patiently waiting for the next 2-3 games to see who wants it more.
