I have a Johnson 115hp 2002 year with a big hole in the sump. This is the result of corrosion between the gear change yoke and the sump underneath the powerhead. My engine is 2002 and very low hours but this problem is something you will not see until it is too late as it is not obvious and you will not be flushing in this area.
The gear change rod is stainless, the yoke pivot is stainless, the yoke is ally and the sump is ally so in the presence of seawater corrosion will build up and jam the gearchange and ultimately dissolve a hole in the sump pan.

I need to purchase a new sump and hopefully i can get this sent over from USA as they are criminally expensive in UK. Can anyone advise best place to purchase the spares i need and ship to uk?
