Trim Cylinders

Hi,

I broke one of the plastic end caps (aft end) of starboard trim cylinder. I can't find a part number anywhere....

I would buy several, the tabs on the caps break quite often. Cap Merc PN 19-815951, Sierra PN 18-2466-9

Also get a few of the Erings, they break often too.
Merc PN 53-815949 , Sierra PN 18-2345

Yes, if the Ering breaks the cap keeps the ering pieces in place so the pin doesn't come out.

Please excuse my ignorance, but what are the differences between Merc PN and Sierra?

Merc is OEM pars, Sierra is aftermarket and, as in most aftermarket stuff, is cheaper, both in price and quality.
