The Evinrudes crapped out, the old mercs were sold, the Yamaha was sold, and the tohatsu blew a head gasket and overheated.

Now:
89' Merc 25, 2-stroke tiller, 15" shaft -14.5' Duracraft semi V aluminum
98' Merc 25, 2-stroke remote, 20" shaft -14.3' Bay Rayder V hull Fiberglass

Both motors run great!

The 20 HP is a nice running, and looking motor, but don't have a need for it, anyone living in Southern WI interested? Bought the Evinrude at a garage sale for $165, was hardly ever used, makes a nice kicker motor. The 1993 Mercury has maybe 20 hours on it. Took it to a repair shop yesterday to have a longshaft kit put on it, the mechanic just shook his head and said he could sell it 30 times over in a heart beat. It's a very strong runner and I finally have a boat to put it on. The 60 HP has been trouble free and a great runner. I love my Mercury's.

88' 35 HP Merc on a 14' Tracker Grizzly. 65' 9.5 Johnnyrude I was a OMC guy 100% for a long time. Then the 35 Merc came along, the price was right and it has been an great motor. I really believe that maintenance is the deciding factor. With proper care, aside from the occasional lemon they all can be reliable.

Have not had good luck with johnsons

1982 Mercury 50 hp (project) almost done New carb rebuild new water pump, bringing her back to life slowly but surely.

Currently:

-Evinrude Lark VIII 40 HP 1966 Selectric Shift, Runs very good, great outboard!!!
-Evinrude 4.5 HP 1984, on it's last season most probably, it's very tired, bad pistons rings, I think, but still runs.
