This is my new to me this summer 1997 Sea Ray 210 Bow Rider. Just got back from the lakes today, took extended family out cruising and tubing. The MN registration is from the previous owner... I now have my valid WI numbers on.

Re: post a picture of your boat

Heres mine, the hull and motor are 1981, everything from the keel strip up is 2007, redid the entire inside just the way I want it.

Going to paint it in the off season, tan with a green stripe, hate the current color.

Made the camper top myself, with the sides down and the heater on I am in a sweatshirt when it is 35 and raining outside listening to the Mighty Fightin Irish on the radio.

Hull is dry and it runs 30MPH and the payments are $0, ya gotta like that.

Re: post a picture of your boat

It's a 2009 Monterey 194FS...

Since I can't send you a PM.

Congrats! Just bought a 2008 180FS. Any issues with it so far? I was warned by my dealer that a ton of boats came from Monterey with carbs that needed to be cleaned.

Also, any issues getting it off the trailer? Just forward of the stern the little cut out on the bottom of the hull always catches on the trailer bunks making me have to launch deep to get it to float off.

Congrats to you as well!

The only issue so far (is there anything in here that's wood to knock on?!!) is that the middle seat cushion in the back had a couple of splits in the underside of the vinyl...no problem getting it replaced. Make sure too that your seats are fully plugged into the grommets, they can fly out while you are trailering!

Hadn't heard about the carb issue.

Unloading has been pretty easy so far. We back up just so that the truck tires are about a foot before they hit the water. It floats right off, no problem.

Loading so far hasn't been an problem...unless you count my fear of it! My husband has done most of it, but I am learning. I usually do it when no one is waiting for the ramp, so I don't hold anyone up if I mess up. The nice thing is that if the boat isn't perfectly straight, I just throw my husband the bow line and he can straighten it up just by manhandling it. :D
