im afraid im a bit of a virgin at this i have an evenrude 50 rnlic motor im looking for a manual for it also my tilt motor doesent work
it moves freely up and down but its a back breaker can any one help txs

Actually it is easier to just look at the list at the top of the page and click "Johnson Manuals". :)

You might have to find some help with a military outboard manual.

The model number can be found between the motor mounting clamps, typically 2-3 letters followed by a number. That will be the key to finding everything you need to know about your motor. Believe me, I'm a noob here too, but the model was the key to identifying parts, etc especially where there turned out to be two 35HP models in my year that were very different.

Your model number is for a 1994 military 50HP motor.
