Just in case I find out this is expensive, I can EDM one next weekend. If there is anyone who has one, and a flat bed scanner, can you scan the tool for me? Or is there a drawing online somewhere that shows the dimensions?

I'll stop by west marine tomorrow and probably find out the tool is $20 or so, in which case...

Oh, found it online. I can EDM it for less than $60+, and I'll hae fun doing it.

EDM it ????? What the heck does that mean?

If you are talking about the C clip that holds the ujoints in, Personally I use a couple of screwdrivers.
One to keep it from turning, the other to pop it off the bearing cap.

Ziggy, thank you, exactly what I need. I'll post up the results of the home brew next weekend.
