Hello all. I am seriously considering buying a Larson 180 SEI with the 4.3L Mercruiser I/O.

Is there anything I should look for in particualr with a Larson boat from the era? Are there any common issues or problems that these boats have? What is the overall consensus of the quality? Are parts readily available?

Sorry for the 20 ?'s, I have been burned on boat purchase in the past and I am trying to be super thorough before I jump in.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have an 07 18'6 senza 4.3 GXi and love it.

Sorry, it's a 1993. I definitely like the looks of it, but I don't know anythnig about this motor reliability or Larson boats in general.

Usually owners know the little problems or issues with their boats, that's why I asked here. Hoping for some insight and things to inspect.

The guy won't e-mail me back now though, so maybe this whole thing is moot.
