That puts the number a billion into prospective.
As of for ice cream i love ice cream.
Orleans i have to agree fix the below sea level problem first.Move it or fill it in but to rebuild in the same spot and take a chance it will happen again and it will happen again sooner or later you can bet on that.Ive often thought that to rebuild the same as what was there is just stupid.Its like in tornado ally why not build aerodynamic houses that can withstand the wind with less damage.

Shouldn't we take in to account the difficutly our own country had in its development before we should expect another emerging democracy to begin operations overnight?

excellent point. I think we should have taken the whole thing into account, followed our own example and let the iraqis run their own revolution and nation building, paying for it with their own money and blood...

unless nation building and liberation wasn't really the point... hmmm?
