I am looking at a 110HP Johnson (1988 vintage), $800.00 price range, and the owner says...

"The compression is :80, 85, 90, and 100 on all 4 cylinders. 2 of the cylinders
are a little low, but will probably come up some after they have been run for a while. It has been stored for approx. 3 years."

Worth considering or ... ? :redface:

Maybe test with your own compression gauge? I hear results can vary from gauge to gauge...

Compression is out of spec. Maybe a decarb would fix it, maybe not.

If you have to ask, the answer is pass on it.
