Trim gauge and parts

Hope this is the right forum....My 115 hp merc (1988) has trim and tilt...but the boat did not come with a guage.....is there a kit available that includes the "switch or sensor or sender" that mounts on the trim unit ? I have a 28 fot pontoon...the engine cannot be seen from the captains chair

I bought an NOS kit that does not fit my motor - I will check tonight and get a part number, maybe it will fit yours.

Check your engine carefully because the trim sender may already be there.

Not sure where to look, but i see nothing I am not familiar with...hints?

Sorry it took so long to get back to you...

The kit that I have is PN #820540A1

I haven't been able to find an application chart to know if it will fit. Maybe someone else knows....
