3.0 no start

I recently had water in my exaust manifold.So I r&r new manifold and riser,R&R head gasket. Put all back together ran good but still geting water.chack out bad head.Insealled new head.Now can't get to start.need input.

1. Valve adjustment correct?
2. Have spark to the plugs?
3. Plug wires in the correct order?
4. 12 V to coil when cranking?
5. What year is your engine?
6. What distributor do you have?
7. Do you have fuel to the carb?
8. Is fuel getting to the engine? (Accelerator pump working)

Does it have Fire,..??

Does it have Fuel,..??

Does it have Compression,..??

Does it have all 3 at the Right Time,..??

Rechecked valve ajustment
I have spark
plug wire good
12v yes
year 2000
distributor EST
geting fuel
compression low 75 psi,note ran good before i put the head on.

That's about 1/2 of what it Should be..............

Yes,compresstion is low.But it did start right up and run good with the bad cyl head.
