Considering the threads about Big Oil, Big PHARMA, ya know those "Bigs" that are entities that are capitalist based, hows about a thread on "Big ENTITLEMENT", ya know, Affirmative Action, W2, SSI and the like.
"Big ENTITLEMENT" is sucking the life from our country as more are conditioned to expect "theirs". I was at a meeting last night where my State Senator spoke to the current condition of entitlement and the risk to the USA as a whole. The bottom line is that these "Big ENTITLEMENT" programs continue to grow, costing more to admin, while benefiting a small portion of the citizenship at a growing cost to all the citizenship. An example of these handouts was a Gov Diamond Jim Doyle initiative to provide mortgage loans to Illegal Immegrants. My Senator helped defeat that thankfully!
