I use Firefox and when I hold ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel all the fonts in the posts scale up fine.

Yeah, for me anyway (IE), everything scrolls up and down as you describe except the posted part . . . :=
Title goes up etc. but not the post body. Big flippin' help that is.
