Honda BF20 vs. Yamaha F20

I'm trying to decide between these two motors. I know the Yamaha 20 is pretty new but if anyone has any information or feedback on either one I would be greatful. Also gas tanks, do they both come with a 6 gal?

Both are new generation engines, so both should be good motors.

i would go with the one that has a closer dealer and have certified techs

The Yamaha has slightly more cubic inches and a couple of pounds heavier(not much diff. ). The Honda can rev a little higher by 600 rpm's and Honda's been at this 4 stroke marine engine game forever.

It's a coin toss. I don't think you can go wrong with either engine. I keep hearing about dealer support, but in this size engine you really won't be seeing any dealer much, if at all providing you can change your own oil once a year and keep an eye on the belt for wear. There may be some valve adjustment at the beginning, but then you should be "dealer-free" for years to come.
