The throw-able device requirement is for boats 16' or larger.

I know when I go to Ontario, they require a 50' line - with float attached.
I just tie a rope onto my throw-able cushion.
No bucket, light, or rope required here. But its a good idea.

And as far as housing, I meant if you stop in Milwaukee on your way to the campground. I will likely be in Milwaukee on the 2nd and 3rd of july, and have the use of my parents house while I am there.

Skiuseme, bring it along, It won't take much space, and you will wish you had it if you don't bring it. You don't need any special boat setup to drift, jig, or cast the stumps, or to bobber fish the crappies and such. Or maybe you can fish out of someone else's boat if it will be easier.

i have room in my boat for 3 or 4 fishing and 5 for playing and crusing so anyone wanting to go is more then welcome and i know the lake as i worked at the campground were staying at and lived 3 miles from it for 5 years

Joel, can I talk you into a quick lake tour of the places I may like? You know what I'm looking for. Secluded bays, or narrow straights. How do you like the new boat and the EFI?

To all: I also will have some extra room in my boat for playing.. I can fit 2-3 more if you'd like to go skiing, tubing or just a cruise. Sorry, but no fishing in my boat. Please post if you may possibly ride with. I have plenty of life vests, but I would like to make sure I have the right "toys" with. Skis, tubes, barefoot suits, etc.

roscoe, still working on the scanner. I wound up partying yesterday and going to the Wild game last night. I'll get the brochure up soon.8)

ya sanger love to got some great places in mind i love the new boat same moter as yours and i love it still trying to find the right prop for it it came with a 24 4 blade that pulls like a truck and a high five that didn't work at all traded that for a 25 4 and still need more just cant get it to break 60 59.8 is the best she'll do

Well, as some of you know, I sold the boat I had at the gathering last year,

So I won't be there this year.

Ok, I'll be there.

New boat is smaller.
Will be starting to work on it soon.
Already replaced the trailer.
Going to install a 2002 Merc 50 d, 24volt 65# Minn Kota, new seats, onboard battery charger, navigation lights, bilge pump, chartplotter, fishfinder, perhaps a windshield, maybe a horn or two :^ rewire everything, create some storage space, and add a rod holder or two.

Here is what it looked like when I picked it up.
I hope you won't recognize it when I get done with it.
I have everything all stacked up in the garage, waiting to be installed.

Everything is all set. Just waiting for the ice to melt. :brrr:
The plan is to seatrial in mid April.
Here are some more photos.

We haven't been able to figure out why this boat has the 7.4l engine. The 5.7l was the biggest motor Wellcraft offered. But the decal looks like it's a factory item. Oh, well. It's still going to be great.

I have bought a lake map I dont know how its going to work out on here but I can always e-mail it to people. It looks like a bunch of nice humps for fishing and some nice big areas to play in.
I plan on bringing a freidn if thats alright. He does ride a jetski but is very curtious of other boaters. I dont know on my wife just yet but we will figure that out later. Alos I plan to take a trip over that way in the next few days so I can take some pictures of the areas if it not closed.

Well, I seem to have a problem...yes ANOTHER one !

Roscoe sent me the campground brochure for me to scan and post some links to, but I can't make it format nicely. My scanner is only for letter sized documents, and the brochure is larger. My wife is taking it to work tomorrow where she has a legal sized scanner. I'll have her email me the pics home, and host them somewhere. I' should be posting a link to them in the next couple days.

Today i had to be in Neecedah for business and I made a trip over to the campground. I will post pics later and give everyone a idea where we are going. Very nice modern camground. Lots of parking and a big nice lake. There's even a bar 2 blocks away from the campground. So till later

This is a BIG campground.
Which area are we going to take over? It would be nice to be in the new area, but thats a long way from the launch and docks and showers.
It may be hard to get sites in the same area, unless maybe we go into one of the undesignated site areas.

I dunno? Somebody get there early and get 15 sites close together.

bekosh, the photos are of a 23.5' for sale on ebay, near Green Bay.

AND 2 campground rules to be aware of:
1- all waste water must be saved and dumped in their collection receptacle, so maybe bring a 3 or 5 gallon bucket for your site.
2- all pets, ahem.... must be kept on a leash, 10' or less, and never left unattended. 8)
