'71 - 85hp powerhead to '87 - 140hp

I have in my hands a good 85hp johnson powerhead, and not a good 140hp 87 model outboard (engine is gone). Can I swap? Would it mount ok?

Two toatally different animals.

What's wrong with the 140?

Ima agree with walker and say no. The size is alot diffrent. Same with the year. Alot of things change.. drive shafts, mouting brackests....etc

OK, so the block is not borable and the crank is bad, right?
